## Description

The primary objective of the contract is to provide an evaluation assessment of our Heritage Lottery Fund \(HLF\) Tyne to Tees, Shores and Seas Landscape Partnership Scheme project \(SeaScapes\) development phase to ensure and evidence that the required delivery plans will achieve the stated outcomes as well as the development process itself\. This includes the development of a formal monitoring and evaluation framework for the development process\.
