Cornwall Council Residents' Survey

Design and execution of two series of residents' telephone surveys. Six 6-monthly telephone surveys of 500 residents sampled representatively from across Cornwall and the option for a costed one 3 yearly telephone survey of residents sampled representatively from each of Cornwall's Community Network areas.
