## Description

Design and execution of two series of residents' telephone surveys\. Six 6-monthly telephone surveys of 500 residents sampled representatively from across Cornwall and the option for a costed one 3 yearly telephone survey of residents sampled representatively from each of Cornwall's Community Network areas\. Additional information: The Council uses a web-based system on the South West Portal found at www\.supplyingthesouthwest\.org\.uk \(DueNorth\) to manage quote and tender processes\.
