## Description

Gloucestershire County Council is procuring a multi lots framework agreement for Minor Works/services\. The framework is divided into two categories\. Category A and category B\. CATEGORY A: This is for works/service with a value of £0 to £15,000\. This category comprises of 24 lots \(1 to 24\)\. See details of requirements in the published specification for each lot\. Each lot is divided into six regions: Gloucester Cheltenham Stroud Cotswolds Forest of Dean Tewkesbury Award will be based on a maximum of three contractors per region per lot, with one contractor as the main contractor and the other two contractors as substitute\. Tenderers are required to submit prices for region of their choice\. Tenderers can submit price for one, multiple or all six regions\. Call off will be by way of direct award to the first ranking contractor\. CATEGORY B: This is for works/service with a value of £0 to £200,000\. This category comprises of 9 lots \(25 to 33\)\. See details of requirements in the published specification for each lot\. Award will be based one contractor per region per lot\. Each lot in category B will have a maximum of six contractors across the six regions\. Tenderers are required to submit prices for region of their choice\. Tenderers can submit price for one, multiple or all six regions\. This framework agreement comprises a total of 33 lots across both categories\. Each lot will be awarded across the six regions of the council\. Tenderers can submit a bid for multiple lots and across both categories\.
