632 - BSEEN Incubation Space 2

BSEEN is an ERDF funded project which provides office space for students and graduates as part of the start-up package of support it offers. A three year project has been in situ with the project recently being notified of an extension for a further 12 months.

The outcome is to secure suitable office/incubation space for staff and BSEEN participants from 1st June 2022 to 31st May 2023 as per the specification.

The space should have good travel links; between 675 and 815 sq. ft.; 24 hour access and security and manned reception; availability of car parking space for staff; on site post room and permission for entrepreneurs to use business address; free Wi-Fi access for all and onsite IT support; kitchen facilities, café, access to networking and development training courses; and lift access to all floors.
