Awarded Contract - the contract has been awarded under the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) framework agreement for the supply of intermediary services, provided by Bloom Procurement Services Ltd, awarded as a call-off to the successful Specialist Professional Services (SPS) provider. There was no publication of a call for competition for the award of this contract because this contract was awarded via a framework which was set up under PCR 2015.
