Expression of Interest - Civil Enforcement System

We are seeking expressions of interest from interested Suppliers capable of meeting the Council's needs for a system to issue parking penalty charges notices and to process these up to debt registration and the recovery via a warrant of execution using Enforcement Agents. Specific requirements are set out in the provided documents.
