The objective of The Coal Authority (the Authority) is to engage specialist services over a term from October 2016 to provide a bespoke ILM accredited Level 4 Leadership & Management Programme.

This document provides an overview of the methodology adopted by the Authority to evaluate responses to each question set out within this Award Questionnaire. It also sets out the Marking Scheme which will apply. References to “you” in this document shall be references to the Potential Provider.
