The objective of The Coal Authority \(the Authority\) is to engage specialist services over a term from October 2016 to provide a bespoke ILM accredited Level 4 Leadership & Management Programme\. This document provides an overview of the methodology adopted by the Authority to evaluate responses to each question set out within this Award Questionnaire\.
