Refurbishment of Community Venue Sports Hall (inc. internal changes and new porch)

Description

Broadstairs & St. Peter's Town Council are looking for expressions of interest from contractors able to undertake refurbishment, improvements and the installation of a new porch and kitchenette extension at the Retort House Sports Hall, Broadstairs. CT10 1NE. (Building located in the Albion Street, Car Park, Broadstairs). Works to include, but not limited to: new porch with kitchenette, new toilet configuration to facilitate new disabled toilet and ladies and gents toilets, decorations, installation of electric heating throughout, creation of store room.
