CDM coordinator services

Tenders are invited for the provision of CDM coordinator services to EMH Group (East Midlands Housing Group). EMH Group is committed to achieve the ISO 45001 standard in health and safety management and a high standard award for the RoSPA quality safety audit . This contract will be awarded based on the ability of the service provider to support and comply with these management standards. We require the service provider to work with us to ensure we fulfil our CDM and contractor management duties in relation to all operational activities. We also require that the principles of continuous improvement of its workforce and working practices in regard to H&S are adopted in the delivery of this service.
