## Description

Award of a Call of Contract under Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for Barbering for residents of HMP Swinfen Hall shall provide a blended learning model which shall be made up of a mix of both in cell awareness packs, training, to certificate of competency standard such as basic hair cutting using clippers, whilst also offering VTCT level 2 training courses: Infection prevention and NVQ Diploma\.
