ICT Infrastructure Assurance Review

The Trust Executive Committee (TEC) has agreed to commission an external review of IT infrastructure services, their relationships with the suppliers(internal and external), their roles, responsibilities and handoffs, and related internal processes.

The review is expected to prioritise identifying the biggest actionable risks, gaps and overlaps within the service over deep analysis, and some potential high-level benchmarking against the Kings College Hospital IT Infrastructure and related services.
