Review of BEIS Payment and Reclaim processes

BEIS has awarded a contract from CCS Management Consultancy 2 framework for expert advice on construction of a loan facility, considering the parameters of the terms (including but not limited to: interest rate, repayment schedule, maturity date, security, seniority, fees) that the Authority should apply with reference, where possible, to the typical debt market approach to similar situations and any relevant HMG schemes, and appropriate conditions that could be attached to any financing.
