Parking Services are now looking to acquire 40 body worn video cameras for the Civil Enforcement Officers to wear whilst carrying out their duties. These are required to improve the following:- Increase public reassurance; Reduce fear of crime in local communities; Increase early guilty pleas; Resolve complaints about Civil Enforcement Officers more quickly; Reduce assaults and threats on Civil Enforcement Officers
