Work description
1.1. Southampton City Council (SCC) seeks to appoint an Employers Agent and a Principal Designer to undertake the usual professional duties for these roles, in order to appoint a 'design and build' main building contractor to work-up designs, costings and achieve a planning consent for the residential development of Plot 2 of Townhill Park, in the east of Southampton.
