Metropolitan Housing is embarking on a period of change, not least the planned partnership with Thames Valley Housing, in order to provide the best service it can to its customers and colleagues. Clapham Park regeneration is one of the largest schemes of its kind in the UK and will continue to run for the next 10 years. As part of our commitment to customers and colleagues, the Clapham Park office has been redesigned. We are inviting submissions for a Tenderer to partner with us and carry out the work. Whilst the work is being carried out, it will be necessary for Metropolitan to continue to provide a service to its customers, with minimal disruption. We would invite interested parties to explain, in detail, how they would negate any inconvenience to our customers. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Any questions that the tenderer may wish to pose to Metropolitan during the tendering period must be sent via www.delta-esourcing.com no later than 12:00 noon on 25th June 2018.
