Provision of 3 Lots relating to Academic Support for the Public Health Training Programme in the South West, Health Education England - SoEPS/17.356

NHS South of England Procurement Services, acting on behalf of Health Education England in the South west (the Commissioner), are commencing a tender for the delivery of a Provision of 3 Lots relating to Academic Support for the Public Health Training Programme in the South West.

The contract for each Lot will be for three (3) years with an option to extend for further two (2) years. It is anticipated that the contract start date will be 1st April 2018.

Bidders should be capable of demonstrating:

• Commitment to this area of work and the overall aim of providing high quality academic supervision; • Ability to work with a range of key partners within Public Health and academia; • A track record of involvement in postgraduate Public Health training; • Ability to deliver the functions of academic supervision through the academic training; • A working knowledge of the Public Health training programme.

Details of the price for each Lot are set out in the associated Schedule. The Authority shall pay the Contract Price (per Lot) to the Provider(s) and the Contract Price shall cover all the Services and all of the Provider's obligations under this contract.

The maximum financial envelope for a contract duration of five years is £1,620,000 (inclusive of any VAT), across all three Lots.

Bidders may submit tenders for 1, 2 or all 3 Lots. Please note that you MUST submit an Appendix D and Appendix G for each Lot being bid for.

The deadline for submission of completed ITT submissions is Wednesday 17 January 2018 at 12:00pm (midday). Late submissions will not be accepted. The e-portal system will shutdown at 12:00pm and any un-submitted bids not registered to the system at this time will not be accepted.
