Caroline Haslett School - ASHP - AWARD

Description

The Authority has secured funding the following projects: o Replacement of the existing Boiler system in the MECON Block with Air Source Heat Pumps at Caroline Haslett Primary School. Works will include a new BMS control system and distribution board. The Project Objectives are to ensure that: o Works are to enhance the School Buildings by upgrading poor condition elements; o Works are to improve the energy efficiency of the School Buildings in accordance with Building Regulations Part L; o Works are carried out in compliance with CDM Regulations 2015, to ensure the health and safety of contractors, workers and end users of the property; and o Works are completed on time, within budget and to a high quality.
