Electrical Installation and Building Works for Four Sheltered Homes

Luton Borough Council is inviting tenders for two LOT’s (Electrical Works and Building Works).The Electrical Works LOT is to include Luton Borough Council's Staff upskilling for the full project period and maintenance of the Electrical Installation at Lewsey Court, Pastures Court, Hickman Court and Mary Brash court. However Mary Brash Court and Hickman Court are required to be completed by the 31st December 2016 but Lewsey Park Court and Pastures Court by the 31st March 2017. The exact start and finish dates may move slightly due to the availability of Luton Borough Council's Building Technical Services workforce who we wish to have upskilled by the successful Provider/s for these projects. If the start date changes you will still be required to complete within the October 2016 – March 2017 period. Tender price quotes should be quoted per scheme and per LOT – It is not guaranteed that one Provider may be awarded more than one scheme. All specifications are attached separately except for Mary Brash Court which will be available on 9th September.
