The Provision of AccuRx Plus Bundle and Messaging Bundle

Description

NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (the 'ICB') sought to merge the current patient triage contract and the messaging contract that ends in October 2023 to deliver Accurx Plus Bundle and Messaging Bundle Services via a healthcare online system. This is a re-procurement of an existing service which was provided by AccuRx Limited. The service includes two-way patient messaging and structured questionnaires, patient portal, colleague messaging, online triage and consultations, appointment booking/reminders, shared care records and video consultations. The service was procured through a direct award to the existing provider, AccuRx Limited via the G-Cloud 13 Framework. This is in line with the permitted process under G-Cloud as Accurx were the only listed provider of the required service. The contract has been awarded to AccuRx Limited. The total value of the contract is £376,327.91 for the 12 month contract term. The contract will commence on 1st July 2023. The procurement was carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioner. Additional information: The services are deemed to be subject to the full regime of current EU procurement legislation and as such this tender will be conducted in accordance with, and governed by, the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
