## Description

The City of Liverpool College are going out to tender for a capital project to review the efficiency of its BMS system and to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements \(5 months maximum\) \. This opportunity also includes a 2nd lot for the ongoing planned and reactive maintenance of the BMS system\. This 2nd lot is for an initial 2-year period \(commencing 1st August 2023\) with the option to extend for up to two further years with one year increments\.
