## Description

MaPS wishes to set up a pilot research programme for 2020-21 to trial a new approach to debt advice evaluation\. This new approach will have two elements and will aim to deliver insight on how to measure, and baseline data on performance for Quality of Service \(QoS\) and Outcomes\.
