The group provides homes, housing-related functions, and care and support services in central southern and south west England\. The subsidiary companies own and/or manage 30,000 homes and provide services to more than 70,000 people\.Aster wish to establish a Framework for Supply of Temporary Worker and Permanent Recruitment Services and appoint a number of Preferred Agencies\.
