Professional Services: Client Side Delivery Partner to Support Initial Beta Stage, NDR Reforms Programme

Description

The VOA is undertaking a new transformation programme, Business Rates Review programme, that will deliver a key Government commitment, announced by the Chancellor in the Autumn Budget, to reform the operation of the business rates system. This focuses on non-domestic ratepayers. The NDR Reforms Programme requires the continued support of a client-side delivery partner to lead on the programme's commencement of the Beta stage, ensuring the successful start of Beta delivery within squads, agile methodology is suitably implemented, squad progress and work is being tracked via Jira, the programme planning is iterative and assumption based and that those assumptions are being tested and validated, the programme's risks are being managed and delivery momentum is continuing at pace to achieve milestones. The requirements post-Alpha will be a continuation and build on the existing deliverables to support Beta.
