This is a Prior Information Notice to inform bidders that ProcurePublic Ltd, who acts on behalf of CCHT, intends to release a framework tender in January 2021 for Buildings Maintenance (Planned & Reactive).The workstreams will include:1. Combined Repair & Maintenance Services (Inc Major refurbishments).2. Cyclical Decorations & Repairs (Internal & External).3. Roofing. (Pitched & Flat).4. Kitchen & bathrooms.5.
