Oracle e-Business Suite Enterprise Application Support

A further competition exercise under the Crown Commercial Service Framework for Enterprise Application Support Services (RM1032), under Lot 1 for Oracle e-Business Suite Enterprise Application Support. A solutionthat removes the need to pay any maintenance support fees to Oracle plc. for any components of its e-business suite and Business Intelligence reporting solution which are licenced to the Council, Derby Schools and the Council wholly owned subsidiary Derby Homes Limited. The initial contract period is eighteen months: 01 February 2017 with a go-live date of 01 April 2017, to expire 30 July 2018. Option to extend the contract for up to a further forty two months, subject to satisfactory performance and business needs. The maximum contract period is five years.
