## Description

The CPS’ shared Procurement & Commercial Service acting on behalf of the Government Legal Department \(GLD\) sought quotations from suppliers under the terms of Crown Commercial Services framework for e-Disclosure and Hard Copy Review Services \(RM924\) to provide the services that meets the Department’s requirements\. This matter related to a private law claim by an individual against a government department following alleged misinformation resulting in financial losses\. The GLD required an eDisclosure services in support of the litigation, which includes but not limited to; Document Preservation Document Review Disclosure from Other Parties This contract was awarded to a framework supplier\.
