Applicant Organisations are invited to review the attached Scope of Works to determine their suitability to provide the services. The College is bound by funding rules (subject to change by the funding body) for this project, on this basis all proposals must be based on the timetable detailed within the Guidance document and the completion date of 31 March 2022. The Public Contracts Regulations (PCR2015) for supply contracts do not apply to this requirement as this requirement falls below the threshold of £4.7m for Works contracts. While the process has been designed in the spirit of the Public Contract Regulations to ensure best practice a College tender will be completed in accordance with College Financial Regulations.
