## Description

Tenders were invited for the Provision of Consultancy Services in respect of the Housing Stock Options Assessment\. The Council wished to undertake a review of options for the future of its housing stock with the key objectives of: 1\) Considering what structure is best suited to deliver the Council's housing responsibilities in the future; 2\) Enabling corporate efficiencies and savings; 3\) Generating corporate income; 4\) Generating efficiencies within the Housing Revenue Account\.
