Old Windsor Lock House Void Refurbishment Work

The lock house at Old Windsor has been empty for a few months and requires minor upgrading and decoration prior to the property being re-let. We need to replace the bathroom, improve the thermal insulation, carry out plaster repairs, decoration and some replacement floor coverings and other minor repairs.
