Work description
Routine inspection and preventative maintenance of the domestic cold and hot water distribution systems, including cold water storage tanks, calorifiers, expansion vessels, thermostatic mixing valves and strainers, and shower heads. The contractor is to provide: • Periodic inspection and certification. • Reactive maintenance
The estimated value includes two optional extensions of one year.
