## Description

Holmes V16 application is required to deliver large scale investigative data management, as well as command control\. The application is critical to our ability to support the Service Justice System and adhere to the nationally recognised Major Incident Room Standard Administrative Procedures and best practice methods for the investigation of a declared major crime and large-scale enquiries\.
