GB-London: T1329 Assessing the requirements for Window Box Clearances

The research will investigate and review the requirements for window box clearances. The results of this research will provide a robust evidence base to inform recommendations on whether and what ongoing requirements for these clearances are needed. The research will follow a proportionality approach in making these safety-based decisions.
