The roof renewal and refurbishment of a purpose built block of flats and 3 nr\. bungalows\. This work includes the redecoration of all previously decorated surfaces, renewal of asphalt walkways, replacement of balcony panels and replacement of damaged timbers\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
