Work description
You are being invited to tender to deliver a mystery shopper exercise for Central Bedfordshire Council (CBC). The council is seeking a view of customer experience on which to base recommendations across the organisation and information should be presented according to that aim. This exercise is not designed to target specific services for improvement, however where services are providing exemplary customer service, this should be identified.
