## Description

The Council has awarded a contract for a Main Contractor for the Hurst Farm Heritage Trail works funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund This is a call off without reopening competition using the Pagabo Medium Works 2023 Framework, Lot 2, £500,000 to £1,000,000, area Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire\. The principal elements are: • Minimal tree and vegetation clearance to provide a safe, accessible route\. • Tree root protection\. • Installation of street furniture including benches/seating and litter bins\. • Construction of new footpaths, including the repair and cleaning of existing stone flag footpaths, steps, fencing, handrails\.
