New Homes Programme - Planning Consultant

Description

The Council seeks to procure the services of a Planning Consultant to support the Council's New Homes Programme in Hackney, which will deliver new homes and landscaping (and in some cases additional uses). The Planning Consultant will lead on the following areas - planning policy review, strategy, research, assessments, analysis, appraisals, briefings, design review, applications, appeals, negotiations, consultation and communications. The Planning Consultant will also lead on the production of reports and statements and provide support to design consultants at various RIBA stages. Additionally, the Planning Consultant will co-ordinate the project team and programme management for planning-related activities and submissions as well as providing general planning advice.
