Gloucester City Council invites interested parties to submit expressions of interest and request a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire for the re-development of the Historic Fleece Hotel Site and adjacent multi-story car park located at Longsmith Street, Gloucester City Centre. The re-development needs to regenerate the area in accordance with planning requirements taking into account listed buildings and archaeology.

Procurement will be via the Competitive Dialogue procedure.
