## Description

The Council wishes to establish a Contract for the provision of a Bus Operator to operate, manage, maintain and service a fleet of 20 hydrogen buses\. The buses will be provided to the bus operator by the Council\. The Contract will last for up to 7 \(seven\) years with a break clause after year 3 \(unless terminated under the terms and conditions of contract\)\. The successful bus operator will be required to sign a services agreement with the Council\. Registration and use of in-tend is free\. All correspondence for this procurement process must be via the in-tend correspondence function\.
