INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR THE PROVISION OF COST CONSULTANCY SERVICES (STAGES 5-7) FOR THE DELIVERY OF JUBILEE GARDENS EXTRA CARE FACILITY AT WEST PADDOCK, LEYLAND

South Ribble Borough Council is inviting quotations for the supply and delivery of Cost Consultancy Services (RIBA Stages 5-7) for the delivery of Jubilee Gardens an Extra Care Facility at West Paddock, Leyland. The Construction Phase (Stage 5) is currently planned to start early January 2023 dependant on the necessary approvals.

Interested bidders should register their interest via the Chest at www.the-chest.org.uk in order to access the full specification and invitation to tender documentation.

The deadline for expressions of interest in the opportunity is 5pm Friday 2nd December 2022. Completed tender documents must be submitted and received via the Chest by no later than 5pm Monday 5th December 2022.
