EDC wish to commission an architectural-led multidisciplinary team or consortia including cultural placemaking professionals, urban design and landscape designers, creative and innovative community engagement professionals, to work collaboratively with EDC teams, stakeholders, residents, other creative professionals and Creative Estuary Spark 5 partners, to create the conditions for co-located and specialist cultural infrastructure and for creative organisations and engaged communities to evolve at Ebbsfleet Garden City.
