## Description

The London Borough of Barnet \(the 'Council'\) is seeking to appoint a sole service provider \(the 'Contractor'\) to deliver Fabrication, Bespoke Metalwork, Maintenance, and Masonry \(Fabrication Contract\) services on its behalf for Greenspaces but also for requirements arising through Highways and/or other service areas of the Council\. The contract will be for a three-year period with the option to extend for up to two years subject to budget constraints and performance\.
