Description

The existing air conditioning systems serving the Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Services Headquarters are to be refurbished and part replaced. Whilst the works are ongoing a new control room is to be constructed. The works comprise alterations, refurbishment and part replacement of the Mitsubishi VRF A/C installation, the introduction of speed controls to the ventilation system and zone control dampers. The construction of a control room and local electrical modifications. The works are to be phased and the Building and Fire Station will remain operational throughout the construction period. Programme and site management are considered critical to deliver a successful project.
