The Council is changing the way Domiciliary Care will be delivered in Bromley by supporting Service Users to maintain or increase their independence in order to have a positive impact on their health and well-being\. This is part of a wider programme of work to refresh the Council's commissioning priorities and develop the practice of our assessment and care management teams\.
