Refurbishment and Renewal of 3 Communal Lifts - Deens Court Hereford, Holton House Corsham, and Glovers Court Malmesbury

The works at each location / site will include the removal of the existing lift equipment and replacement with new Machine Room Less Traction lift equipment, The lift shaft will be painted to seal walls and lighting upgraded as required. There will also be a requirement to reduce shaft ventilation and carry out some remedial repairs to the lift shaft walls.
