This framework has been established for the Supply and delivery of ; Small Plant , Fasteners and Fixings to EEM Members when required. Supply methods include; delivery to stores, or via a collection over the counter services or through the provision of on-line ordering facility.

This framework also allows for the provision of a full management information system for EEM members to access, detailing item usage.
