## Description

Scope of Works 1\. Repair all damaged shiplap boarded fascia's at various levels\. 2\. Prepare all shiplap boarding to receive new protective finish\. 3\. Renew all rainwater gutters and downpipes to match existing positions\. 4\. Take off and re-bed all ridge tiles \(duo and mono pitch types\) replace any broken tiles\. 5\. Replace all broken roofing tiles\. 6\. Carefully rake out cement mortar from roof verges and repoint\. 7\. Repoint any damaged brickwork adjacent to roof verges\.
