## Description

Research and Consultancy work to provide two reports that will be used as part of the Capacity Market annual cycle\. In particular, the interconnector technical de-rating factors report will be required for the Capacity Market parameter setting procedure in July 2025\. The report covering interconnector risks will be cross-cutting and will be used by multiple areas of the department in future interconnector policy-making\.
