## Description

CEFAS operate an established Microsoft Azure public cloud environment and would like to adopt a multi-cloud strategy\. In order to reduce risk, provide access to alternative technologies and open up opportunities to reduce cost, by building an environment in the AWS public cloud\. To facilitate this strategy and ensure that the new AWS cloud environment in which the business deploys services is built according to industry best practices and operated within an appropriate governance framework the supplier will provide assistance in the design and build of an AWS 'Landing Zone'\.
